What matters to me in our relationship is that we are committed, engaged to each other and with each other to mutually grow and help each other find balance and meaning in our daily living.
FRANCIS CANTRAINE // IKIGAI COACH
REGION: BRUSSELS, BELGIUM
As a coaching professional of 15 years and coach trainer, my experiences in my craft have revealed that the majority of coaching cases are directly linked to issues of values, beliefs and life meaning.
In society where productivity and success is highly valued, we are at the risk of becoming nothing more than our profession or what is expected of us by others. We are educated, told, warned and pressured to be anything but our unique true self. This has resulted in a prolonged existential crisis of epidemic propositions affecting both young and old alike.
As an ikigai coach, I do not support an executive, a manager, a housewife or a teenager, but the heart and true calling of each individual. I seek to realign people and organisations with their most sentimental values and core beliefs , so that they can release themselves from the expectations of society and others to become the most honest version of themselves.
What matters to me in our relationship is that we are committed, engaged to each other and with each other to mutually grow and help each other find balance and meaning in our daily living.
