You may not need a coach, but you deserve one! A coach can help you transcend to the next level but in me you will also find a reliable partner who is keen to see you succeed. I will help you find your purpose.

REGION: ENGLAND

Life often pulls us in various directions, especially when balancing a successful career and nurturing a family. I understand the challenges and joys of this journey because like many others, I've navigated the corporate landscape while raising two incredible children.

I am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and my personal and professional experiences have fuelled my passion for helping individuals and teams discover clarity, direction, and purpose enabling them to uncover unique strengths and unveil the path that aligns with their values and pleasures.

Imagine waking up every morning with a sense of purpose, excited about the day ahead, and confident in your choices!

A coach can help you transcend to the next level but in me you will also find a reliable partner who is keen to see you succeed. I will help you find your purpose.

Prior to starting Destinations Coaching I had over 2 decades experience in people management, coaching leaders, inspiring teams with a vision and driving departments through change whilst bringing up two amazing children. I am passionate about helping people to be the best they can be whilst remaining true to themselves.

My passion for coaching started well before my business. As an ICF accredited coach holding a diploma in integrative coaching, I adhere to the values and ethics of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Core Competencies model which places paramount emphasis on ethical behaviour and confidentiality.

My relationship with Ikigai (Japanese wisdom relating to finding valuable purpose in your every day life) has transformed over the years. Initially confusing, then seen as a quick fix for answers, I've learned to embrace it with calm and patience.

Having spent decades in the corporate world, chasing big goals and short-term gratification, I was perplexed by Ikigai. It isn't about fitting into a diagram; it's about stepping back, reflecting, and finding your 'why' in everyday moments. There are no boundaries on what someone's Ikigai might be. Mine includes my family, my role as a coach, and yes..... that Friday evening glass of wine.

I am privileged to deliver professional coaching services to individuals, groups and teams who have a desire to optimise their self - development opening the doors to a more meaningful and fulfilling life.

I believe everyone has the ability they need to succeed and achieve everything they want. You are the expert on you, and I offer you my expertise so we can collaboratively work on drawing out those abilities that will add value to you. I will help remove the things that are preventing you from accessing your own internal resources and get you where you want to be.

When I'm not coaching you might find me walking in the Lake District or enjoying a BBQ in the garden with friends and family.

If you want to make waking up every morning with a sense of purpose, excited about the day ahead, and confident in your choices a reality then reach out to me for a free discovery call.
