EXPLORING IBASHO & SHUKATSU

Join us for a guided dialogue on belonging and intentional living.

Through the Japanese concept of ibasho, we’ll explore the physical, social, private, and psychological places where we feel we belong and can be ourselves.

Using the Ibasho Map as our guide, we’ll reflect on how these places foster comfort, connection, rolefulness, and yutori.

We’ll then explore shūkatsu, end of life activities, reframed as a practice of intentional living. Together, we’ll consider what truly matters, what we are ready to let go of, and how we want to live the next chapter of our lives with greater clarity and intention.
