Week 1:
THE MOTHER OF IKIGAI- You'll learn exactly what ikigai is to the Japanese, how to best define and explain it, with an in-depth look at the life and work of Mieko Kamiya. As none of Kamiya's books have been published in English, you'll be one of only a handful of people who'll intimately know her groundbreaking ikigai philosophy.

Week 2:
THE IKIGAI FOUNDATIONS - A step by step walk-through of The Ikigai Framework. We'll look at the foundations of ikigai and explore values, mirai-sei (a bright future), roles & relationships and Dr. Shintaro Kono's ikigai leisure theory.

Week 3:
LIFE SATISFACTION - From the small joys of life and overcoming adversity to Hasegawa sensei's temporal aspects and Kono sensei's life directionality theory, we go deep into where life satisfaction can be found in the spectrum of ikigai.

Week 4:
IBASHO -  In this module, explore "your place to be" with ibasho. This module will include insights from Dr. Shintaro Kono's study on the interpersonal aspect of ikigai.

Week 5:
PURPOSE - In this module we explore shimei-kan, ascend through levels of purpose starting with how you do things, moving on to your roles and then finally exploring a personal mission with kokorozashi.

Week 6:
FLOW - An ikigai-kan state where we explore how Japanese craftsmen achieve states of flow to create exquisite pieces of art, and how the concept of flow goes beyond the individual in Japan.

Week 7:
SELF-ACTUALIZATION - Rather than a self-centric approach of striving to be "the best version of yourself", in this module, we focus on expressing your true yourself, a Japanese perspective that focuses on doing one's best for the greater good.

Week 8:
IKIGAI COACHING - Finally, we look at the role and purpose of Health & Ikigai Advisors in Japan as a guideline for you to develop your own Ikigai Coaching Program, reviewing various theories, frameworks and diagnostic tools.
