This one’s easy, actually.
As young professionals once, we were completely unprepared for what the workplace demanded of us. We made countless mistakes, stepped on many toes, and questioned our purpose almost all the time. We struggled to find connection to the organisations we served, always felt misunderstood, and in many ways - inauthentic.
We’d like to transform this experience for the current workforce.
