Martin Krafft

My coaching practice focuses a on Executives, who one day wake up feeling unbalanced and spread thin between the various aspects of their lives. Leaders, who have missed to nurture balanced relationships and cultivate their sources of fulfilment and joy outside their professional context.

MARTIN KRAFFT  //  IKIGAI COACH

REGION: QUEBEC, CANADA

I am an accomplished Senior Executive with a 2 decade track record of building cohesive, winning teams across different cultures on 3 continents. A caring and daring leader with a unique pedigree of hands-on experience, vision, and purpose.

In addition to my executive career and coaching practice, I'm an Adjunct Professor at one of France's top business schools, teaching the Elective "Leadership, Career, Values & Purpose". My key interest is to explore with my students the IKIGAI concept of "A life worth living".

As a graduate of the Professional Goal-Centric Certified Coach program at Concordia University, Montréal, my practice is built on a solid foundation with ongoing experience-based supervision. To be at the top of my game and in my client's best service, I rounded my coaching education up through the Executive and Management Coaching program at the University of Cape Town as well as the IKIGAI TRIBE Coach program. My commitment to the highest ethical standards in my practice is reflected in my accreditation as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation, the Gold Standard in the often opaque coaching landscape.

What inspires me most on my coaching journey, is to partner with coachees to jointly make a difference in their world and the world at large. My goal is to support you on your journey to reach your goals.
