"Ikigai isn't a distant grand goal; it is the fundamental reason why and how we live each day. Joy exists right here in the real world, we just need the intention and devotion to uncover it.
ZOLOO NYAMJAV // IKIGAI COACH
REGION: MONGOLIA
My Journey
My professional foundation was forged across diverse, high-impact roles in international diplomacy, global mining operations, and commercial finance. From managing a flagship aid program at the Australian Embassy in Mongolia to driving portfolio growth in SME and corporate loans at a leading commercial bank, my career has been defined by strategic leadership and institutional growth.
At Rio Tinto, my work spanned key operational and corporate functions, from managing the business centre in Mongolia to leading change management and compliance at Rio Tinto Brisbane. Yet across every project, office, and boardroom, the most compelling constant was always the human element: What truly drives us? What sustains us beyond traditional metrics of success?
As a Certified Ikigai Coach, I integrate two decades of analytical rigor and corporate leadership with the authentic philosophy of Ikigai. My mission is to help individuals transcend burnout, quiet the clutter, and cultivate lives of deep purpose, vitality, and wholeness.
This mission stems directly from my own lived experience. I know firsthand what it feels like to push past personal boundaries as there were times in my career when intense stress and severe burnout required me to seek professional support. Having walked through that darkness and found my way back to balance, I bring deep empathy, vulnerability, and genuine understanding to every person I coach.
Compassion for the Next Generation
Having navigated intense, fast-paced environments, I carry a profound empathy for young adults stepping into today's hyper-connected world. Emerging generations are growing up surrounded by unprecedented noise, algorithmic distraction, and constant comparison, often leaving them feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected from their true selves.
I am deeply passionate about offering young people a grounded, compassionate anchor, a safe space (ibasho) to slow down, clear away digital fatigue, and discover their intrinsic worth. Through practical Ikigai principles, I guide young adults to build genuine resilience, cultivate mental spaciousness (yutori), and step confidently into futures shaped by authentic direction and joy.
Connect & Collaborate
Whether you are navigating a career transition, seeking grounded self-discovery, or looking for dedicated coaching for a young adult, I welcome the opportunity to connect.
