Sometimes mental wellness is not only about removal of symbols, but how we can live a life with purpose and meaning, and embracing our ikigai despite the sufferings.
DR. ARTHUR CHEUK MAN LI // IKIGAI COACH

With a clinical background specialized in the Existential-Phenomenological approach. Arthur is a trained Logotherapist (meaning-centred), existential-humanistic psychotherapist, and daseinsanalyst in training.

In addition to his training rooted in Western psychology and philosophy, Arthur also incorporates Eastern wisdom – ikigai and Morita Therapy in his work to help individuals gain clarity in their lives through connectedness and facilitated serenity.
