Exploring ikigai, rolefulness and denoising
In a rapidly changing world, many people are asking deeper questions about meaning, contribution, and how to live and work with a sense that their life matters.
This special half-day dialogue in Tokyo brings together four leading voices in Japanese psychological thought to explore the evolving relevance of ikigai, rolefulness, and denoising in modern life.
Blending personal reflection with professional insight, the session will offer participants a rare opportunity to engage with research-informed perspectives on purpose, motivation, and human fulfilment — across both life and work.
This is not a typical workshop.
It is a curated intellectual experience designed for globally minded professionals, educators, coaches, and individuals seeking deeper clarity about their roles and direction in contemporary society.
