IKIGAI FOR TEAMS
A facilitated session that helps teams connect with what makes their work meaningful — together.

WHAT WE OFFER TEAMS:
This workshop is not about team building in the conventional sense. It doesn't involve activities designed to manufacture connection. Instead, it creates conditions for something more durable: a shared language around purpose, contribution, and what genuinely matters to the people in the room.
Grounded in authentic ikigai psychology, the session guides teams through a process of reflection and conversation — exploring what energises them, what roles they value, and where their individual sense of meaning intersects with the work they do together.
Teams that go through this process often report greater mutual understanding, clearer communication, and a renewed sense of why they're here.
What the session covers
- An introduction to ikigai as a psychological concept — not the Venn diagram
- Individual reflection on sources of daily meaning and engagement
- Facilitated group conversation around shared values and contribution
- Practical frameworks for sustaining a sense of purpose in day-to-day work
Format
Half-day or full-day. Suitable for teams of 8–30 people. Delivered in-person or virtually. Pre-work and follow-up resources available.
